Toughened Security Glass

Our modern machines such as our CNC drilling machines and double-sided grinding lines process the precut glass sheets into final sizes. In addition to clear glass we can also provide treatments such as screen printing and sand blasting to the glass.

In our process, we pre-drill and grind the glass sheet, then heat the glass to 700 degrees (Celsius) before it is bent. Once the glass has been shaped, we begin an abrupt cooling process that gives the glass the surface tension or tempering. If this glass would ever break it would shatter into very small crumb like pieces.
During production, the glass will be checked in regular intervals to ensure that the bending as well as the breaking picture is within the given tolerances.
This results in a high quality, optically perfect glass product manufactured according to the TÜV-tested safety standards.
